Delete your PrepVerse Live account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or from this website. No app install is needed.

How to delete

1. Sign in at PrepVerse Live on the web or open the PrepVerse Live app.
2. Open the menu (top left) → Settings → Delete my account.
3. Confirm it's you: if you signed in with an email code, we email you a new one-time code; if you signed in with Google, we ask you to sign in with Google again.
4. Type DELETE. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out everywhere.

Can't sign in? Email privacy@prepverse.online from the email on your account, or with the phone number on it. We confirm it's you before deleting anything.

What is deleted

• Your profile, name, username and phone number
• Your Amark ID and sign-in (every device is signed out)
• What Neurix learnt about you (Personal Intelligence) and your Neurix chats
• Your study library: uploads, notes, flashcards, answers, tests and plans
• Voice notes you recorded
• Your contacts, synced-contact matches and blocks
• Your privacy and app settings, credits and Amark Drive space

What stays

• Messages you sent in other people's chats stay with them, shown from "Deleted account".
• Payment records the law requires (for example GST invoices), kept apart from any profile, with no name or phone number.
• Encrypted database backups age out on their normal rotation; they are never used to bring an account back.

Deleting can't be undone. Unused credits and Amark Drive space end with the account.
